Culture Change: Let’s Move Beyond Mandates

Addressing cultural challenges in organizations has long been handled with new policies and special programs. While meant to be helpful, these mandates have not generally been wholly successful in changing attitudes or fixing deep level beliefs in the workplace. As a result, many minority businesses find themselves struggling with the same cultural challenges now that they were fighting five, ten, or even twenty years ago.
