These two completely different words seem to imply some rather unrelated concepts and ideas. Spirituality appears more emotional and metaphysical, while leadership appears to be more in the here and now. It is important to remember that when discussing spirituality that we are not talking about religion. These two words are not synonymous, and, in fact, spirituality does not need religion to define itself as there are many people who are religious without being spiritual and, conversely, many others who are spiritual without being religious. Spirituality is not defined by a set of rules, religious beliefs or practices, but rather is defined more about how people identify with themselves and how they interact with others.
