Organizational Justice Climate Influences Workplace Experiences of Disabled

No organization wants to be labeled discriminatory, so it is surprising when it hires people with disabilities and is still accused of unjust practices. While recognizing employee differences, leaders have likely not created a “justice climate” that prevents events like paying the disabled employee less than non-disabled workers when they have the same or similar levels of education or responsibility.
