She is responsible for working with the Environment and Global Facility Services supply chain. She has a B.S. in Business and uses her knowledge, training and talents to facilitate success for diversity suppliers ready to assume new or expanded work opportunities. One of her major accomplishments was a project to develop and implement the PCard Directory. This procurement initiative makes it simple for procurement card holders to find MWBEs certified as ExxonMobil quality suppliers. The PCard system serves to remove a barrier of access, heighten competition and raise diversity awareness and spend. Presley works to support the current diverse suppliers by providing opportunities for growth as ExxonMobil grows. She also networks in the community and through councils like MSDC and WBENC to locate and develop new suppliers for introduction into the supply chain. The company funds scholarships for suppliers to attend specialized business programs and schools, if it’s determined they would bring significant value to ExxonMobil. Chosen suppliers go through rigorous assessment to ensure they meet ExxonMobil’s technical, operational and safety standards.
