Bring On the Innovation: Developing a Culture of Continuous Improvement

Developing a culture of continuous improvement is not easy because it requires management and its employees to change the way they think and behave. Instead of thinking in terms of recognizing only outcomes, leaders in a continuous improvement culture acknowledge and reward efforts to improve outcomes that show progress. The efforts may or may not lead to every planned outcome, but the continual effort can lead to even better results in an age of continual disruption – innovation and value production.
